Errigal is a market leading construction company; with specialist expertise in partition systems, external façade, interior fitout, ceilings and bespoke solutions.

We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our rapidly expanding Logistics Department.

This Logistic Administrator will be responsible for drafting shipments based on availability of stock and site requests. The Administrator will track orders to ensure timely deliveries while preparing various shipping documents including proof of delivery.

The Logistics Administrator duties will also include coordinating with Warehouse Manager, organising the swift delivery of stock by arranging pickups with delivery drivers, ensuring that all shipments are processed fully in compliance with international import, export and custom laws.

Maintaining updated records of orders, with full responsibility for inputting of all warehouse transactions onto Plexsis (Company ERP System) It is a busy environment so the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure is critical.

Part of this role will require good communication skills.

As the direct link for all drivers the Logistics Administrator will have full responsibility of obtaining proof of deliveries and processing all associated paperwork.


Principal Duties & Key Deliverables

  • Receive all inbound shipments into Warehouse, enter onto ERP System ensuring the detail is accurate
  • Review all outbound shipments from Warehouse, enter onto ERP System ensuring the detail is accurate and paperwork is fully compliant with all import, export and custom laws.
  • Review Proof of Delivery and document any shortages or damages
  • Arrange for collection and delivery of orders from the warehouse
  • Liaise with haulers to arrange pickups
  • Ensure all paperwork is filed and stored correctly
  • Provide adhoc administrative support to all areas of the business when required
  • Raising purchase orders and tracking through to delivery
  • Communicating with suppliers/site on lead times and delivery
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with hauliers, suppliers, and site staff
  • Proactively responding to nonstandard queries and taking corrective action to resolve
  • Answering queries regarding stock availability and proposed delivery dates

Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong Microsoft office proficient in using excel
  • Experience using in house ERP systems
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with an ability to learn and develop
  • Proven ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Proven organizational skills, with ability to prioritise workload
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
