Circa £50k + bonus + benefits

Senior Digital Tools Designer sought by thriving Insurance organisation. Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class technology operations for business systems and services.

You will be doing this through excellent operational focuson system stability, security, performance, and reliability as well as testing digital analytics implementation and providing feedback to developers regarding faults and optimisation.

Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital Tools Engineer your responsibilities will be:

Collaborating with the business and Technology teams to define and implement consistent digital tracking methods
Managing and configuring digital analytics tools
Understanding and gathering business requirements for digital analytics
Maintaining control over the tag management system
Working collaboratively with other Technology professionals to deliver technology programmes, projects and workstreams
Ensuring configurations and deliveries are secure, in line with best practice and aligned to policy
Creating and maintaining technical documents
Remaining up to date with digital analytics best practice
Assisting with troubleshooting systems and work collaboratively to resolve and prevent any defects, risk or issues
Providing technical expertise
Performance managing Digital Tools Engineers

You will have

An understanding of web design, digital marketing, and web analytics.
Knowledge of tag management systems including Adobe Launch, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience using vendor APIs.
Ticket handling.
Testing and debugging using browser developer tools and extensions.
Experience using regex.
Experience in a similar role.
