THE ROLE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with preparing Tenders for jobs
  • Prepare reports on job costing,
  • Forward ordering project materials as quantified.
  • Assist in the preparation of variations, valuations, final accounts. Ensuring the agreed submission dates are achieved.
  • Review and interpretation of tender documents, specifications, contracts & other related materials

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3rd level Qualification in Quantity Surveying / Construction or other relevant discipline considered an advantage
  • Strong operational skills and an attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customers focus skills and attitude
  • Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills
