We are currently seeking a Head of Customer Marketing (D2C) to oversee the acquisition, engagement, and analysis of customers across our retail platform.

This role involves spearheading our acquisition strategy and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes within our marketing budget.


Working closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing Director, you will need a deep understanding of brand management, marketing principles, and customer behaviours in the digital landscape.

This strategic position involves setting acquisition budgets, managing customer communications, allocating marketing spend, and analysing customer data. Additionally, you will provide leadership to the retail customer team.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement customer acquisition budgets.
  • Craft retail customer communication strategies to provide clear and accurate information.
  • Lead the retail customer team.
  • Allocate marketing spend to achieve customer acquisition and crossselling targets.
  • Analyse customer behaviour trends and present findings to executive management and the Board.
  • Manage relationships with media buying agencies.
  • Foster internal relations with Brand, Product, Strategic Partnerships, and Strategic Planning & Governance teams.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships on customer pricing and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to deliver positive outcomes for retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer acquisition strategy while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Brand to optimize new funded customer conversions.
  • Deliver effective customer communications.
  • Lead the customer marketing team.
  • Generate reports and develop customer behaviour models.
  • Participate in senior management functions for the D2C platform.
  • Produce MI reports for areas of responsibility.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in acquiring customers within a regulated environment.
  • Thorough understanding of customer marketing techniques in digital environments.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a track record of achieving results within budget constraints.
  • Effective negotiation skills with external parties.
  • Skilled in managing internal relationships across D2C and Advised platforms.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and trends.
  • Excellent statistical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Strategic planning capabilities.

£90,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
