37.5Hrs per week

Up to £21,500 depending on experience

As a Medical Records Administrator your varied responsibilities will range from filing, retrieval, archiving, manual handling and general upkeep of medical records.

You will liaise closely with hospital departments to provide an effective service for the hospital and its consultants, in delivery of hospital notes throughout the building.

The role;
Dealing with high volumes of patient notes

Preparing clinics and all administration duties involved with medical records.

Supporting the transaction of the medical records process

Work calmly in our high volume department

Prepare clinical notes for outpatient and inpatient departments

The person;
Experience within a healthcare administration or a relevant record management environment is essential.


You will need to be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.

Excellent verbal and written skills

Excellent IT skills

Excellent administrator skills

The ability to be proactive, we would like someone who continually looks to improve processes and ways of working
