Interim Property Lease Accountant
A well-known Hospitality brand is searching for their next hire.

The business has seen unrivalled success and is currently expanding and therefore they are looking to add an ambitious Interim Property Lease Accountant to their Finance Transformation Teamfor 6 months.

This role is looking for an immediate starter, or those that can begin in January.

Given the recent growth within the business, their is the potential for a temp-to-perm placement if the fit is right for both sides.

This is hybrid working, and the requirement is to be in the office 2-3 times a week.


Responsibilities

  • Implement a lease management tool for data and accounting purposes,
  • To ensure data held is complete and accurate,
  • Hold knowledge of IAS 17 and IFRS 16 and know how to account for these standards,
  • Reviewing lease contracts,

Skills and Experience

  • Qualified accountant or ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar,
  • Preference to those from practice given the technical requirements of the role,
  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience,
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
