London, W11 (with hybrid working in the UK)

We're now looking for a Senior Partnerships Account Manager to join us for a nine month, maternity cover contract.

The Role

As the Senior Partnerships Account Manager, you will be a key contact on our Fintech account, managing their B2B & B2C marketing platforms in the UK and across Europe.

Working closely with internal campaign, strategy, creative and digital teams, as well as the client's marketing team, you will deliver collaborative, strategic marketing solutions.

Additionally, you will monitor and analyse programme and partner performance and seek out delivery improvements.

Your role will also involve:

  • Sourcing and managing a pipeline of commercially strong merchant partners
  • Liaising with partners and client on proposals, packages and offers
  • Supporting the senior team with financial responsibilities
  • Managing legal and contracting requirements

About You
To be considered as our Senior Partnerships Account Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of four years' experience in partnerships
  • business development or account management
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing multilevel relationships
  • Strong experience in partnership marketing, with a clear understanding of disparate commercial requirements
  • Proven experience managing integrated, innovative marketing campaigns
  • The ability to confidently manage estimates, budgets, invoicing, timelines and schedules
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills
  • The ability to present both in person and online
A degree level qualification (or equivalent) would be desirable, as would qualifications in a relevant field.
Experience working with financial services brands, eCommerce or travel third-partner merchant partners would be advantageous. Experience managing loyalty reward programmes would also be beneficial.
