We are recruiting for a local company who are looking for a night team leader to join there children's team.

supporting children living with profound and sometimes undiagnosed conditions.

Their medical needs are complex, their disabilities are life limiting.

Despite these disadvantages,we believe they should live the best life possible.

What we need from you
- minimum of 1 year care experience
- full UK driving licence

  • To work 36 hours,typical over 3 nights (19.15pm7.15am)

What the role involves

  • Taking responsibility for child/young adults within the home/in the community including following care plans,dispensing and administrating medication and maintaining physical and emotional needs.
  • Taking the lead in emergency interventions for children/young adults where necessary.
  • Over see night staff team on duty,completing supervisions and performance reviews when needed.
  • Contribute to regular revisions of care plans as required
  • Discuss and report any concerns about the young children or young people with senior staff.
  • Act as a role model to staff under you guidance.
  • 36 hours typically worked over 3 nights (19.15pm7.15am)

£12.88 per hour
