£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious
Client Service Lead to work on our private Nursing desk to drive business growth, whilst delivering for our clients.
Working at Pulse Nursing you'll be given all the tools to succeed through our excellent training programmes and ongoing support.
Every day you will
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, mapping out key contracts and implementing a tailored strategy to generate new revenue
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Account management of existing clients, building strong relationships to identify growth opportunities
- Using a range of methods to support the attraction of Nurses for clients' perm roles within the private sector

To thrive in this role, you must have
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally working on a perms desk
- Knowledge of the healthcare market, experience developing business within the private healthcare market would be ideal
- A proven track record of success in a billing recruitment role, bringing in new business and growing the existing client base
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and influence others
