A technology-based company are looking to recruit a Financial Controller that will take control for this Group of legal entities.

This position will be reporting into a Finance Director, but will take the lead role on budgeting and forecasts, monthly statementand regular statutory reporting for the Group.


Financial Controller - About The Role
This position will be working within a very established business environment that operate an office based working pattern. You will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting process in addition to the regular statutory reporting.


Duties include:


  • Budget and forecasting for the group of business
  • Overseeing the controls within the finance team
  • Take a lead role within the audit process
  • Provide strategic and business insights for the growth and future for the business
  • Develop controls, processes and software platforms
  • Manage the cash flow
  • Responsibility for the controls of the VAT domestic and international

The successful Financial Controller will have
Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA


This role would suit someone that has the technical accounting background, perhaps your first move from a Practice firm or second move in Industry.

It is not a pre-requisite that you have previously managed a team. The accounting and finance acumen is thesignificant factor to be shortlisted for the position.
