Description
SPRAYERS / FURNITURE FINISHERS must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of studio practices. You will be responsible for running works and organizing jobs delegated to you.

Any experience managing small teams and delegating day to day tasks within a spray / finishing workshop will be a great advantage.


  • SPRAYING
  • Preparing joinery for painting and varnishing/lacquering
  • Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner
  • Calculating the amount of materials and time required for said project
  • Cleaning up supplies and replacing fixtures when project is complete
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are advantageous
  • A valid Driving Licence is required.


For this level of pay we will require applicants to work independently to produce high quality finishes requiring little or no technical direction from Managers.

Their work should be delivered ready for site to the highest quality. A high level of professionalism is required.

The majority of our work will be based in SOMERSET.

And such other services as may be agreed by the parties from time to time.


You must hold a driving license and be a Nominated Driver for the company as a requirement of your employment.

£35,550.00-£41,600.00 per year

- spray finishing: 4 years (preferred)
