An established firm of property specialists with Nationwide coverage are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Bristol office.


The Graduate Building Surveyors role


The Graduate Building Surveyor will be assisting on building surveys, site inspections, writing up reports, obtaining estimates and administration for contracts for maintenance works.

They will support the design and project management of building work forrefurbishment, repair on all types of Residential and Commercial property.


The successful Graduate will be given a well structured APC programme with the view to pass the assessment first time.

Along with gaining excellent experience across all property sectors and all types of traditional Building Surveying duties.


The Graduate Building Surveyor

  • Building Surveying degree (RICS accredited)
  • A full driving license and car
  • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Microsoft office skills
