Customer Account Coordinator

£25k to £26k per annum, Hybrid working 2 days from home 3 from the office. 25 days holidays plus bonus


As Customer Service Executive, you will work within a team ensuring the delivery of goods totalling millions per year in revenue.

You will be responsible for providing an end-to-end service from taking requests from customers for product or service, to co-ordinating the activities of all internal resource to deliver the customers solution on time and to expectation.

Production takes place in both the UK, Europe and the far east and shipped to the UK.
Your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Executive will include: Processing Sales orders.

  • Procurement ontime.
  • Detailed shipping.
  • Transport requests (container loads and individual sites).
  • Invoicing, individual store demands.
  • Customer queries, delivery queries, invoice queries.
  • Operational and customer facing.
  • Chasing programs. Communicating with internal stakeholders in accounts, purchasing, supply chain and manufacturing.


To be suitable for the Customer Service Executive position you must be able to Coordinate and multitask on multiple projects, be robust, diligent, have confidence with substance and be detail originated.


This role is ideal for people who have worked in commercial customer advisor, sales order processing or project coordination positions previously.


Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

  • Ability to be proactive in identifying customer needs and delivering new business opportunities within a Key Account.
  • Ability to engage internal team support (Purchasing, Engineers, Distribution, Installation etc.) to satisfy customer needs
  • Computer literate with a good, demonstrated level of competence with Excel and other Microsoft packages
