We're looking for a
Customer Service Advisor to join our Anglian Water Alliance.


Location:
Can be based in either Huntingdon or Lincoln office


Contract: 6-month FTC - Full time


Responsibilities


As Customer Service Advisor, where within the alliance you'll be known as 'Development Services Extra Care Specialist', you'll be responsible for providing and delivering outstanding customer service to customers who have applied for a new water connection.


Your day to day will include:

  • Proactively case managing customers with high-risk dependencies and for recovering customer experiences through written & verbal communications
  • Monitor, measure and facilitate improvements in customer experience
  • Provide feedback on successes and areas for improvement
  • Answering customers enquiries and be able to support the wider New Connections Contact Centre during peak periods to increase team resilience

What are we looking for?
This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if you hold:

  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (such as Word & Excel)
