Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are currently supporting a Global hospitality provider who are looking to add a Property Manager to their team through to growth.


Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • Respond to customer and client enquiries regarding move in and out
  • Assist with all property duties, including inspections and reporting
  • Meet and greet with all guests
  • Identifying of any property issues and assisting the client to rectify these
  • Work with clients to ensure an accurate booking process
  • Providing an efficient and positive customer experience
  • Manage inventory control

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Customer Services or Guest Services
  • Experience within the Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate or Relocation Industries
  • Demonstrated history of Multitasking
  • Excellent Microsoft package skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to learn
  • Conflict resolution skills would be advantageous
