Ailsa Response are a Recruitment Agency who specialise in the Health and Social Care Sector.

We are recruiting for a Care and Administration Coordinator to join our experienced office team.

Role and Responsibilities;

  • First point of contact for all staff and clients
  • Coordinating staff availability
  • Allocating shifts
  • Booking and conducting interviews
  • Daily administration duties
  • Daily/Weekly rotas
  • On call duties (1 in 4 week's rotation) which includes supplement payment
We Offer

  • Starting salary of £22,800 PA
  • Office Based
  • Monday to Friday working pattern (M-T 8.45am to 5.00pm and F 9.00am to 3.00pm)
  • On Call supplement payment
  • Holiday entitlement 29 days per year
  • Full training of systems provided with ongoing support
Desirable requirements;

  • Good knowledge of the health and social care sector
  • Experience in Coordination
  • Experience in Recruitment
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong administration skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £22,800.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
