Ailsa Response are a Recruitment Agency who specialise in the Health and Social Care Sector.We are recruiting for a Care and Administration Coordinator to join our experienced office team.
Role and Responsibilities;
- First point of contact for all staff and clients
- Coordinating staff availability
- Allocating shifts
- Booking and conducting interviews
- Daily administration duties
- Daily/Weekly rotas
- On call duties (1 in 4 week's rotation) which includes supplement payment
- Starting salary of £22,800 PA
- Office Based
- Monday to Friday working pattern (M-T 8.45am to 5.00pm and F 9.00am to 3.00pm)
- On Call supplement payment
- Holiday entitlement 29 days per year
- Full training of systems provided with ongoing support
- Good knowledge of the health and social care sector
- Experience in Coordination
- Experience in Recruitment
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong administration skills
Job Types:
