Description
Pure are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract on behalf of a pharmaceutical organisation based in Newmarket.
This role is based within the HR team and is currently the only person facilitating the payroll and working with the outsourced payroll provider.
This role will manage all aspects of the outsourced payroll and will be the contact for all employees in the UKfor payroll and benefit queries, the main duties are as follows- Processing the outsourced payroll
- Close collaboration with the outsourced providers
- Responding to payroll queries from employees
- Completion of data reconciliations to ensure accuracy of the payroll output
- Management of the annual benefit enrolment
