The role is to work within a small team acting as primary contact for brokers, introducers, and suppliers; as well as proactively making outbound calls to grow business levels within your region.


Role Overview

  • To act as primary contact for brokers, introducers, and suppliers by handling all incoming calls and queries
  • To proactively manage cases and provide brokers updates before queries are raised
  • To act as a point of escalation and improve confidence for any introducer placing cases through SortRefer
  • Responsible for a portfolio of regional accounts and through proactive sales conversations, grow business volumes as agreed
  • To work in partnership with your assigned Regional Account Manager to grow business levels within your region
  • To always represent the Sales Team with professionalism providing excellent customer service

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Answer incoming telephone calls from brokers, introducers, and suppliers, handling all queries raised and ensuring calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Support the Regional Business Development Manager with followup calls, case queries and updates and appointments.
  • Regularly contact introducers in your region to assess service levels, assist with cases, and grow business levels. Discussing pending instructions and product features & benefits
  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential new Customers.
  • Be able to confidently demonstrate the SortRefer portal to users and ensure product and industry knowledge is kept up to date, highlighting why a client should use SortRefer
  • Build relationships with key contacts throughout the client and supplier base including case handlers
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge, passion and enthusiasm when dealing with external parties
  • Ensure proactive communication to all areas within the Group
  • Ensure optimum levels of productivity and deadlines are always met
