The Role


This position is a management role with the responsibility of supporting our Centre Directors to ensure the high quality of education standards are achieved.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual that possesses strong communication skills and enjoys working around children.

At Mathnasium we love maths, and we love to help our students to master maths.


As an Education Specialist, you will support our Centre Directors to ensure a high quality of education for students attending the learning centre.

You will be working with a team that is passionate and driven to have an impact on the lives of students and our local community.

You will be working in an educational centre and therefore you will need to enjoy working around children. Our learning centre has a vibrant energetic air that you will help maintain.


We are looking for a dynamic professional, who is passionate about education, mathematics and supporting children on their educational journey.

This role will be responsible for upholding the education standards of the service, developing current staff teaching abilities and ensuring that the service meets the objectives of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Assign curriculum by appropriately assessing students and using Mathnasium systems to monitor and diagnose gaps in their learning
  • Management and Coaching of staff
  • Working closely with Head of Education UK to deliver excellence
  • Oversee staff training and continued professional development
  • Maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Identify and review process improvements.
  • Monitor educational quality indicators.
  • Work towards achieving the Mathnasium Values and Mission.
