The O2C Billing team is looking for an Account Assistant. This is an exciting role in a fast pace environment. The Billing team has embarked in a number of projects aiming to bring the team to world class level. You'll be supporting the team in achieving this goal.

What you'll do:

Work with financial systems receiving order management information.
Review the quality of information received from order management teams.
Reconcile order information and create billing.
Ensure invoices are sent to 3rd party timely and accurately.

What you'll bring:

Ability to learn processes fast on financial systems.
Ability to be part of a team dealing with challenging foreign stakeholders
Attention to details
Definitely a plus but not essential, accounting knowledge
Full fluency in Italian is essential for this role
