Our client, a finance organization based in Exeter, is seeking a Marketing Manager with experience to join their team.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in the success and growth of the organization, overseeing all marketing activitiesfrom planning to execution, as well as the development of marketing strategies and budgets that align with the organization's objectives and goals.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the marketing strategy and budget, ensuring that all activities are effectively implemented and measured.

Additionally, you will need to collaborate with both internal teams and external agencies and suppliersto ensure the successful execution of marketing activities.

Proven experience in a leadership role in a similar field
Excellent understanding of digital marketing and the latest trends in the industry
Strong Social Media Skills including Hootsuite and MailChimp
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work both independently and in a team
Experience in developing, managing and optimising campaigns
The ability to analyse and interpret data and metrics
A creative and innovative approach to problemsolving
The ability to work to tight deadlines
The ability to effectively manage a budget
A good understanding of SEO and PPC
