We are searching for innovative, ambitious talent, passionate about Data Science & Analytics, who are keen to start a career working with experts in cutting edge technology.

We want you to be curious and innovative with our data to help solve brand new industry problems with the latest tools and technologies.

In exchange you will have the opportunity to become a valued contributor, learn to solve some of the most complex data problems in the world, and embed yourself within an industry leading team.

This is a 2 year rotational program aimed at developing great Data Scientists.

You will rotate across different brands and will gain exposure to different tools, stakeholders and diverse insights into customer needs, priorities and expectations.

Our Graduates consistently tell us that these rotations enrich their understanding of Data Science as each rotation offers a different experience in methodologies, approaches and tools.


Joining a structured and well-developed 2 year graduate scheme, you will receive a blend of technical and people skills development that will help you develop into a well-rounded team member.

Initially you will be immersed into an intensive but rewarding 2-3 week induction and will be part of a wider graduate community, spanning over 5 years, with frequent socials including charity days, diversity and inclusion events and cohort socials.

Opportunities and Responsibilities

Gradually, with support, you will be able to

  • Become proficient with our data workflows, technologies and tooling
  • Understand and contribute to our endtoend data workflows from data ingestion, cleansing and transformation through to visualisation and machine learning
  • Independently run small data exploration and machine learning projects
  • Create data dictionaries, manage complex entity relationships and assess data quality
  • Engage with crossfunctional teams to understand their data requirements and generate innovative ideas
  • Communicate the results of your work to diverse internal and external audiences
  • Work with the latest data technologies such as Spark, NoSQL, Databricks and Cloud
  • Work with the latest Business Intelligence and visualisation tools, from Power BI to R-Shiny
Key Skills

  • Curiosity
  • Passionate collaborator with a focus on what is best for the team
  • Enthusiastic about problem solving
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Clear interest in working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths) related degree or equivalent
  • Foundational technical skills are desirable (e.g. Python, R, SQL, Linux)
  • Interest/Exposure to cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data tools are also desirable
