The role will act as the point of contact for the customs process, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The role will provide excellent customer service as well as technical knowledge around the systems and processes of customs.

**Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:

  • Managing customs compliance and BIP list maintenance.
  • You will have ownership of the Management of NCTS database.
  • Housekeeping of core operating system, ensuring compliance and accuracy of system records will be key.
  • You will provide resolution of all ICS issues and queries.

  • Knowledge of customs processes
  • Experience in main office and warehouse processes
  • Technical knowledge of key customs systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
