Who are we looking for?


As Technical Drawer, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting the project team by assisting the set up of projects and briefings.

You'll be responsible for carrying out technical drawings and reports in Sketchup Pro and ensuring you have all required information to do so.

You'll need strong attention to detail and organisational skills whilst delivering excellent levels of service, supporting the achievement of commercial success and making a positive impact on the environment.

What you'll do:


  • Interpret and understand survey drawings, ensuring all information is correctly gathered during site visits
  • Ensure all drawings and reports match the surveyor drawings to ensure all site and kit measurements are correct
  • Understand the project plan, including project outcome, scope, timelines and resources required
  • Ability to manage all required communication methods to ensure all information if effectively gathered
  • Create accurate and detailed surveys using Sketch Up Pro from conception stage through to installation
  • Support the quality control process by reviewing work and information gathered to ensure it aligns with the project requirement and brief
  • Ensure all surveys are completed and quality controlled within agreed client timescales and company SLAs.

What you'll need:


  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • Experience using Sketch Up Pro or other CAD systems
  • Strong knowledge of surveys and CAD drawings
  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management
