Looking for a Registered Branch Manager within domiciliary care with a drive to provide quality care.
The company have multiple branches in Kent.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:

  • To assist in growing the new branch in the area
  • To identify areas to improve customer service and quality within the business
  • Work very closely with local authorities and privately funded clients
  • Take responsibility of registering with CQC
  • Recruitment, induction and training

Registered Branch Manager Requirements:


  • Already has or working towards NVQ Level
  • Experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Commercial awareness
  • Warm, bubbly and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience with CQC
