Looking for a Registered Branch Manager within domiciliary care with a drive to provide quality care.
The company have multiple branches in Kent.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
- To assist in growing the new branch in the area
- To identify areas to improve customer service and quality within the business
- Work very closely with local authorities and privately funded clients
- Take responsibility of registering with CQC
- Recruitment, induction and training
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
- Already has or working towards NVQ Level
- Experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
- Commercial awareness
- Warm, bubbly and positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience with CQC
