My highly successful internationally renowned manufacturing company are looking for a dynamic/experienced and proactive Manufacturing supervisor to join their team based in Andover.

The role will suit a hands on Multi-disciplined Team Leader with experiencein manufacturing who is confident in making decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct report to Operations Manager
Responsible for making sure all production stages are followed in a timeline manner.
Make sure of the quality of final product are acceptable with company standards.
Responsible for providing daily data of all inventories on the floor.
Establish performance standards and goals for manufacturing associates.
Follow safety and ISO standards.
Draft and review Production batch records and review executed records.
Staff management, including performance management, mentoring, and staff development including midyear and end of year employee reviews for direct reports.

Skills required:

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
Working level IT skills particularly Word and Excel
2 years of team leadership responsibilities, preferably in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to document work clearly and accurately and be detail oriented.
Communication and organisation skills in a teamwork environment
Selfmotivated and hard working
