I am currently recruiting for a client based in Blackburn who are looking for a Sales Office Assistant.

You will play a crucial role in the fast-paced team, contributing to the efficient and seamless operation of the sales office.

Your responsibilities will include handling customer communications, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Office Assistant you will support the growth of our newly acquired business while being part of a global organisation dedicated to innovation and positive impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process customer orders and accurately input them into the system, maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal departments, including Sales, Pricing, and Quotes, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.
  • Act as a listening ear for customer feedback, gathering valuable insights and relaying them to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers and team members.
  • Contribute to maintaining a wellorganised and efficient office environment, supporting colleagues, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customeroriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work culture.
