Description
As part of our continuing expansion MCRactive is now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and hard-working Project Administrator to join our team.
Your New Role
Joining our team as a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for triaging referrals for the Health team, supporting members of the public with their Go accounts and supporting partner organisations in accessing the MCRactive digital ecosystem
Other duties include:
- Actively engage and support the expansion of MCRactive community providers using and advertising their services and delivery on MCRactive platform both remotely and in person.
- Provide a thorough administrative support function to the programme delivery teams.
- Arrange meetings, booking meeting rooms, and refreshments as required.
- Support in the preparation of agendas, papers and presentations for meetings involving the digital team members.

- The ability to quickly build and influence relationships, and communicate effectively with, colleagues, and partners.

- Ability to act on instructions and use own initiative.
- Selfmotivation and personal drive to complete tasks to required time scales.
- Strong organisational skills
About Company:

In return for your hard work as our Project Administrator, you will be offered a starting salary of £22,369 per annum (Grade 4) based on full time hours.
