Duration:

A temporary position from 20 March - 31 August 2023, with a normal working week of 35 hours between Monday to Friday.

During the event period (late July and August) hours will be arranged between including Saturdays and you may be required to work additional (paid) hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Be a welcoming face to all those who visit our offices and contribute to positive first impressions of the business.
Welcome and manage all visitors to main office building, including sign in procedures, health and safety instructions and issuing building access cards.
Maintain appearance of reception and common areas throughout the building.
Support Property Manager in building repair and maintenance coordination.
Answer incoming telephone calls/queries and forward calls as appropriate.
Manage Tattoo visitors until handover to their point of contact.
Assist the coordination of incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
Order and manage office stationery and basic office catering supplies as required.
Coordinate staff tuck shop, delivery of meals and staff wellbeing sessions during event periods.
Provide administrative support to the Business Support team including desk research.
Handle enquiries and represent the company positively in interaction with performer groups, seasonal staff, event contractors and partner organisations.
Record and facilitate return of event lost property.
