About Our Client:


Customer Service Adviser, Reading:
Market leading organisation that works in an interesting space/market. A great place to work, a good mix of work hard and fun.

  • Maintaining customer records with course booking data, progress reporting and the documentation and
implementation of changes to study pathways.

  • Liaising with regional centres in the coordination of administrative support for national clients.
  • Supporting Client Relationship Managers with data collection, implementation of programme changes and sharing
feedback / highlighting issues.

  • Providing proactive support to customers, including sending reminders, contacting customers to plan their next
steps, and arranging support where required.

  • All areas of customer service and client support

The Successful Applicant:

You must have experience of the following.
Working in a busy customer service environment

Have a good eye for detail and be accurate

Happy in a high volume environment dealing with a number of queries and enquiries

Able to communicate professionally, the business customers are professional bodies

Potentially you will have worked in retail, hospitality, office based customer service or dealt with scheduling of engineers.


What's on Offer:

circa £25,000 plus great package and the chance for hybrid working once you have passed your probation period.
