Job Overview:
Power House Scotland is seeking a project coordinator to join our growing company. A Power House Scotland project coordinator takes ownership and will wear many different hats throughout the projects we deliver.
Several projects are typically in process at any given time, and managing the multiple aspects of the process, simultaneously, is the super skill we are looking for.
From the moment a sale enquiry is made, you will be the first point of contact and see the job through from survey of the customers property to assigning an installer and ensuring the project is completed inline with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- You will be comfortable and have experience in meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
- You will have experience managing your own projects and subcontractors throughout the UK
- Easily coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure the successful completion of projects in a timely manner
- Experience pricing, quoting and ordering with suppliers
- Accustomed to using your initiative to solve any problems that may occur with a calm and methodical approach
- You will ensure all legal documentation is completed and submitted, as well as monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- 2 years minimum customer service skills
- 2 years minimum sales; solar energy and/or home improvement installation experience
- Experience in the Solar Energy industry is preferred, however not essential
- A genuine team player who can work well in a team, as well as on their own
- Ability to adapt to change and has a willingness to learn
- Ability to build strong working relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred, however not essential. Full training is provided.
- Ability to travel throughout the United Kingdom
