We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our answering service brands across the US and Canada, reporting into the Head of Marketing.

Although we can be viewed as a big international company, we feel and operate very much like a start-up and it is an all hands on deck mentality You need to be comfortable with rapid change, a fast-paced environment and have the ability to collaborate across a diverse range of cultures.

The Role.**- Be a custodian for 'mattering more' - weaving in mission and value throughout marketing activity.

Play a leading role in the creation and growth of partnerships to develop our relationships, brand presence and new customer acquisition in core industries.

This will include working with:

Trade associations and groups
Industry media groups
Software integration partners
Review sites
Support our Giving Back strategy working with a diverse range of nonprofit partners.
Work across a range of global B2B brand growth activities, including:
Sponsorships
Brand visibility (incl. PR & backlinks)
Campaigns
Events
Work closely with design and development teams to deliver highquality creative marketing outputs for a range of purposes (incl. website pages, sales materials etc.)
Manage endtoend projects proactively seeing ideas through to implementation.
Dive deep to understand user touchpoints and lead on product marketing initiatives to improve customer experience.
Own social media content (creation and scheduling of posts) and engagement (e.g. replying to queries and engaging with customer accounts).
Utilise project management tools to align projects, tasks and responsibilities; ensuring deadlines are met.
Participate in global meetings and sprints with senior management, leading these calls where required.

About You.**- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Degree in marketing or related field
Experience working with partners or external stakeholders
Experience in delivering endtoend projects
Excellent communication and influencing skills both written and verbal
Excellent attentiontodetail as our quality bar is extremely high
