Role Purpose
If Only is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message to our target audience.

As a member of our Marketing team, you will collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to create engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

You should be able to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to create engaging campaigns
Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines
Stay uptodate with design trends and software updates

Accountabilities

Delivering large brand brochure productions, layout within agreed timelines and brand guidelines
Creating engaging various luxury design options for campaigns with travel partners
Possess a 'Business Head' managing assets using filing conventions, styles, templates, futureproofing artwork
Resizing images for website and uploading content to CMS
Creating GIFs, videos and bespoke illustrations to make our marketing stand out
Researching market trends, offering new and dynamic ways to display information
Maintaining and developing brand identity
Making files print ready
Managing relationships with external suppliers such as printers
Managing conflicting deadlines and expectations

Deliverables
Delivering large brand brochure productions, layout within agreed timelines and brand guidelines

Creating engaging various luxury design options for campaigns with travel partners

Please be advised that this is an office based role, with the possibility of working 2 days at home following the 6 month probation period.

We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven, but also someone who understands how to produce creative design in an efficient manner.

Working in a very fast-paced environment, we need someone who works well under pressure, is naturally organised and prides themselves on pixel-perfection and future-proofing artwork.

We need you to create aspirational content for a range of platforms on a variety of campaigns, so it is imperative you have the skills and confidence to manage a busy workload.

Ideally with a strong background in brochure creation, design and delivery.
