MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Salary circa:
£24,000 - £26,000 pa (DOE) + Company Vehicle

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

THE ROLE

Required to work as part of a small team of 3 you will assist with the maintenance service to the organisation for all of our commercial and leased properties.

You will be required to visit all of our properties as and when required to perform maintenance activities.

If you have previous experience in a similar role and can juggle tasks, deliver great customer service and you enjoy being a team player then we would love to hear from you.

NON EXHAUSTIVE DUTIES:

Assisting the supervisor with general maintenance work to include
- *Painting and decorating

*Gardening and some landscaping work

*Minor carpentry works to include, flat pack assembly, putting up of shelves etc. seeking advice on more complex issues.

*Minor plumbing works to include changing washers to sinks, basic plumbing works, clearing blockages in drainage systems as required, seeking advice on more complex issues.

*Moving of furniture and equipment during office refurbishments

*Cleaning and repair of guttering to exterior of buildings
