Description
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

  • Overtime and weekend work available
  • Collaborative work with Head Office scheduling team to follow planned works and provide detailed reports
  • Painting & Decorating post tenancy works
  • Basic domestic maintenance
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Basic electrical work
  • Basic plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Boiler repairs (Highly desired)
  • Experience with HIUs is desirable
  • Carpet fitting is desirable but not essential
  • Furniture moves and removals

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as maintenance person or similar role
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical and audiovisual systems
  • Knowledge of residential maintenance activities and methods
  • Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC systems and their various components
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good physical condition with a willingness to work outdoors in all seasons

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
