Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive impact on early childhood development? Look no further - we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Nursery Nurse to join a fantastic Nursery based close to the Clifton area.
-
This is a full time role, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30 with a 1 hour lunch._


As a Senior Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in fostering a caring and educational environment for children aged 0-5 years old.


Your responsibilities will include:


Creating Engaging Activities:
Design and implement creative and age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development.


Providing Personalised Care:
Build strong relationships with children and their families, offering individualised care and support to meet their unique needs.


Ensuring Safety:
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and implementing necessary protocols.


Effective Communication:

Collaborate with fellow Nursery Nurses and educators, sharing insights and observations to enhance the overall quality of care and education.


Supporting Growth:

Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas where additional support or enrichment is required, and actively participating in their learning journey.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Relevant EYFS childcare qualification (Ideally Level 3)
  • First Aid and Safeguarding certifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Reliable and hardworking
