'''Duties'''- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate and organize office events and meetings
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Utilize QuickBooks to process invoices and track expenses
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for invoice processing and expense tracking
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
