Role Accountability:
The WHAT


Responsible for:

  • Ownership of Nadine Merabi's relationship with Bloomreach (and any other esp/retention based 3rd party).
  • CRM/Retention roadmap including assessment of existing marketing technology associated with CRM as well as suggesting future development.

Accountable for:

  • Standardised CRM metrics (CTR, Opens, CVR, database growth)
  • Retention rate (Repeat order rates, LTV) + retention strategy.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
The HOW

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Ecommerce trading metrics and ability to affect and analyse.
  • Strong analytical thinker able to procure and treat data efficiently (excel, looker, tableau)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Bloomreach).
  • Ability to present to Senior Leadership and businesswide.
Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Great communicator + ability to succinctly explain complicated problems in the simplest way.
  • Management capabilities with the ability to build and bring together a diverse and varied team.
  • Flexible and resilient.
  • Experience in Fashion retail (nonessential)
  • Ability to work in a changeable environment. Nadine Merabi is a business that has grown at speed and continues to evolve its processes, structures and working environment; must be willing to adapt.
