ABOUT THE ROLE

Under the direction of the newly appointed Director: Learner Progress and Analytics, this role is responsible for developing an approach that successfully links learning data, insights and product development for ELT customers.

  • Reviewing and interpreting customer research and feedback in terms of data and analytical requirements
  • Working with product development teams and partners to define objectives for data collection and data usage within products, and ensure the learning analytics functionality works successfully
  • Coordinating with pedagogy experts to ensure the learning analytics is coherent with the principles that underpin successful language learning
  • Working with UX/UI specialists to ensure insights are visualized effectively and also used to activate appropriate 'next steps'
  • Developing an approach that builds on automated language analysis (spoken and written) as one form of analysis
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
