We are expanding our Customer Service team and we are now looking for number of Customer Service Advisors who have natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers.
We are currently recruiting in our Speciality Claims team.As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for accurately recording claims in line with policy terms and conditions and providing support to the claims handlers to ensure that claims are paid quickly, without unnecessary delay.
To do this, you'll be naturally empathetic, enjoy speaking to people on the telephone, have a good eye for detail, and enjoy multi-tasking.
Duties and responsibilities of the Specialist Claims Support Advisor:
- Providing an empathetic approach for all our customers by putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their needs
- Resolving disputes with customers, referring to your colleagues for advice if needed
- Accurately record the information
- Confident speaking to people on the phone
- Highly organised under pressure with good attention to detail
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience helpful but not essential
