Description

Performs the safe setting & up setting of all relevant machinery to standard to support high volume on time production on an hourly basis, using all current procedural documentation, monitoring and updating setting sheets to comply with current status.

• Apprenticeship or time served (35 years) served in a mechanical manufacturing environment including setting and running metal forming machinery would be desirable.
• NVQ, BTEC, HNC qualified in an Engineering discipline would be desirable.
• And understanding of Technical drawings and equipment
• Customer focused, committed to quality & continuous improvement, & on time delivery.
• Proactive planning, to ensure efficient production environment.
