About this opportunity:


We have permanent opportunities at Citra Living Ltd for Area Hosts, where you'll build and manage the relationships of our residents and support the management of the developments across your region.

Citra Living Limited is the Group's Private Rental Subsidiary.

Its purpose is to Help Britain Prosper through improving access to good quality, affordable rental homes across the UK whilst delivering diverse and sustainable financial return to Group.

The intention is to work with leading house builders, and other participants, through strategic partnerships to identify sites and support the building of additional housing, with Citra Living buying the rental element of these new developments and then letting the properties to customers.


As well as ensuring continued support for the house building sector this will also help to address the continued increase in demand for rental properties.

The properties, which will be incremental stock to the UK, will provide modern, good quality homes to meet the demands of a growing rental market, and they will be within easy reach of local transport, amenities and leisure facilities.


As Area Host, key accountabilities include:
As a member of the Citra Operations Team you'll carry out the following tasks:
Customer Service (with the support of the Citra Team)

  • Gain the respect and support of the residents, through delivering great customer service.
  • Dealing with and reporting on issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting in delivering all Key Performance targets relating to customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
  • Managing prospective customers, from sign up through to the execution of tenancy agreements, ensuring a warm welcome at move in
Area Host (with support from other Citra Teams)

  • Be proactive to ensure a secure, safe and successful estate.
  • Build a good working relationship with the management company responsible for the overall site management.
  • Coordinate/book checkins and checkouts with the inventory provider
  • Coordinate repairs/cleans between tenancies.
  • Carry out daily inspections of all common areas, proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Arranging and facilitating repair work with tenants/ and access to the building/flat
  • Responsible for coordinating site visits for contractors/ suppliers
  • Facilitate parcel deliveries where required.
  • Help to ensure the building meets all health & safety requirements and fire risk assessments.
  • Assist in delivering all Key Performance targets relating to asset management and operations.
Tenancy Management (with the support of the Citra Operations Team)

  • Ensure tenancy documentation is complete, agreed and correctly filed.
  • Manage cleaning contractors ensuring the property is ready for occupation.
  • Assist with chasing rent arrears.
  • Utility registration at start and end of tenancy
  • Assist with deposit reconciliation at end of tenancy.
  • Assist in delivering all Key Performance targets relating to tenancy management.

Essential:

  • Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • An ability to engage with others at all levels easily through excellent written and verbal communication skills, ideally with a background in a customerfacing role.
  • Possess a UK driving licence.
  • Proactive selfstarter and disciplined lone worker with ability to selforganise, plan, and prioritise activities.
