I am looking for a Senior PPC Manager to join a well-established fast-growing B2B E Tailer located in Poole.

My client offers Hybrid working - with 3 days in the office and 2 WFH and amazing benefits and culture to match.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the management and reporting of the commercial fundamentals behind our group advertising investments at all levels from Marketing Executive to Board Level.
Leading the decisions behind where the group budget is invested, whether that's new opportunities in existing channels or entirely new channel opportunities, through risk/opportunity analysis.
Development of the wider business advertising strategy in conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager and the Senior Marketing Team
Always questioning how we can maximise the benefit of our investment by remaining at the leading edge of advertising techniques across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and more.
Developing top and bottom of the funnel growth strategies across the spectrum of paid digital channels (Search, Social, Display, Remarketing etc.)
Collaborate with agencies, vendors and partners as required including planning and expenditure.
Continued professional development and training of the PPC Team.
Advise on the SEO strategy and produce actionable plans with the Trading Team that complement our advertising.

Knowledge required:

Strong budgeting skills, with a skill for categorising spends across key campaign activities and planned outcomes.

Knowledge of working handson with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Paid search knowledge including account and keyword strategies, Remarketing, KPIs and targets, script development, audiences/segmentation or account automation tools, and related products.
