The Role


As HR Manager / People & Culture Manager you will be part of the management team developing a company culture.

Focusing on providing a positive, collaborative working environment, your main responsibilities will include:

- developing a people plan with assistance from a senior HR coach
- managing communications / performance / rewards / diversity / wellbeing
- managing recruitment / onboarding / employee agreements
- maintaining & developing digital HR database / HR processes
- oversight of HR KPIs / recruitment costs
- regular reporting / addressing issues with managers
- managing the day-to-day running of the office environment in a sustainable way

The Person
As HR / People Manager you will have experience with an SME in a similar role. You are passionate about people, service driven, and comfortable with change. This is a young company planning lots of exciting developments so the role will evolve over time.

With a progressive and non-bureaucratic approach, you will have the following skills / experience:

- excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- self-motivation and ability to multi task / cope with changing priorities
- great organisation skills and common sense
- practical hands on approach

  • This is a hybrid role. To be successful it is anticipated you will need at least 3 days in the office each week, perhaps more in early stages._
