Join Our Dynamic Team as a Start-Up Brand Ambassador / Merchandiser
We're seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join us as a Brand Ambassador/Merchandiser. You'll be responsible for the care and operation of our innovative smart fridges and self-service 'mini-marts' located across London.

In this role, you'll be the engine that keeps our smart fridges and mini-markets running smoothly. Your responsibilities include managing inventory logs, restocking, and maintaining our sites to ensure optimal performance. You're not just a merchandiser; you're a brand ambassador. Engage with our site communities and ensure our products enhance the customer experience


Responsibilities:

• Restock and neaten our smart fridges and minimarkets with serious organizational flair.
• Maintain our operating standards and live and breathe our Martee's values
• Dive into client interactions onsite, ensuring Martee's is serving its customer needs.
• Complete routine paperwork like a pro, making quality standards your playground.
• Fix minor machine glitches, keeping the tech game strong.
• Be an inventory expert, collaborating with the team to be our eyes on the ground.
• Copilot new site launches and make brand campaigns pop with your unique flair.
• Bring creative vibes your ideas can help fuel engagement and customer hype.
• Snap, post, repeat own the onsite content creation for our socials
• Make sure you roll with style maintain your company ebike, flagging any issues.

Requirements:

• A good level of fitness to handle the fastpaced nature of the job.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, vending, catering, or hospitality.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to attend team meetings and training courses.
