Associate Director - Financial Planning and Analysis - Marlow (Hybrid) - £ £105000

Our Client:

A world leading organisation in their field, our client has been growing year-on-year for the last decade. This role has been recently created to help with the next stage of growth.

The Role:

The newly created EMEA FP&A team enhances the planning process, analytics and reporting within the Region and the Group.

In this role you will take the lead on FP&A Systems. This is a key strategic role in delivering data/information, stream lining process /procedures and driving operational efficiency's. The role will encourage creative thinking and innovation, through analysisand technology.

The role will also support the Director of EMEA FP&A with ad hoc projects to assist with the company's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation and digitisation of finance processes (month end, reporting, budgeting and demand planning)
Develop and maintain the efficiency of the Tagetik tool.
Lead the phase 2 development of Tagetik on behalf of EMEA and any future additional development needs
Report creation and maintenance
Ownership of data management and alignment
Lead the coordination of the annual budget process
Leverage data and information from key systems to develop value add analysis and insight
Tracking the Forecast Accuracy and management of the Finance KPIs
Providing reports for use by senior management at EMEA and Global meetings

The Person:

Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a passion for finance systems and adding value to organisations. You will have strong analytical experience and knowledge of implementing finance systems at a leadership level.
