We are looking for
talented and
enthusiastic people to join our business on the
Farm Management Training Scheme.


Our Farm Management Trainees are offered permanent jobs from the start of the scheme, you will be placed in a variety of placements across the first 2 years of employment
.

Year 1 will focus on the introduction to farming, people management and supervision.

Year 2 is a step up in responsibility and the time where you start to get real involvement in everyday farming and management.

At the end of the 2 years, we will work with you to find a role that best suits you, and the business.

_What are we looking for?_

  • A genuine interest in farming, management, innovation and the fresh produce industry
  • Ambition to lead people and teams
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • The capacity to problem solve and have a cando attitude
  • Ability to work as a team and on your own initiative
  • Farming and tractor driving experience
  • Driving licence is a must, having your own car would be preferrable as our sites are quite remote
  • Willingness to travel and relocate if necessary, our farms are based in Cambridgeshire & Norfolk
  • Ideally you'll have an agricultural degree or similar qualification, but if you don't and you have the drive and passion for farm management we'd love to hear from you so please apply
