Join the Recruitment Team at Notts Healthcare Trust We are looking to recruit a HR Recruitment Administrator to join the team, working from Duncan MacMillan House, Mapperley.
The role is partly remote working following a training period, but then will require two days in the office minimum currently.
This post is full time 37.5 hours per week.
The Recruitment Team is part of the People & Culture Directorate and we link closely with colleagues in the Payroll Team, ESR Team, Temporary Staffing Team and Employee Relations.
- Has excellent organisational & prioritisation skills
- Can pay attention to detail and work accurately
- Can work to deadlines & under pressure
- Has excellent communication skills & a customer focussed approach
- Recording recruitment information on Trac Recruitment system
- Preparing and issuing standard reference requests using the ESR system
- Dealing with post & payroll paperwork
- Producing Honorary Contracts
- Managing & maintaining filing systems
- Recording & producing ID badges

Essential
NVQ2 Business & Administration or working towards or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum OCR/RSA II typing/word processing or equivalent knowledge and experience
Experience of working in an office environment.
Good verbal / written communication skills
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of IT systems
Excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail & accuracy
Self-Motivation, Enthusiastic, Reliable
Awareness of confidentiality requirements
Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
Experience of HR Systems data inputting
