Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join us at our Company.


The position will include:

Sending out order confirmations and quotes

Processing orders and quotes for composite doors

Processing non-conformance reports

Filing all paperwork

Liaising with suppliers regarding non-conformances.

Placing panel orders/patio orders/shaped frame orders.

Providing cover for switchboard when required.

Skills required:

Attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Good communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft office

Confident telephone manner.

Good organisational skills and time management.

Strong customer focus and desire to resolve problems.

Desire to learn and expand your knowledge of company products.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7.00am 4.00pm / 8.00am 5.00pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,800.00-£24,960.00 per year
