**Are you the right person for the job?
**Up to date Commercial Insurance Broking knowledge, coupled with a broad range of Commercial Insurance covers
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both written and verbally
You must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of clients over the telephone
You must have experience handling and workingh with Corporate Clients with premium spend in IRO of £100,000 +

What will your role as a Senior Insurance Accounts Handler look like?
To provide full administration support to the Commercial Account Executive
To learn and maintain knowledge of company policy and be able to provide guidance on such, to clients and answer basic claims queries
To liaise across departments as necessary
To review files, administer new business & renewals and produce market reports to Insurers
Work closely with other team members to ensure any client receives a prompt and efficient response
To track information as appropriate to ensure a satisfactory conclusion is reached To maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service
